I have been trying to work from home today since it’s my research day. The result a pizza in a frying pan! Having read this article I experimented with cooking the pizza under the grill rather than in the oven. Yep it worked. Routine - heat gril, preheat heavy skillet, place in dough, load, bung under grill. Cooks quickly. You might need to give it abit more of a cook on the hob for the...
